GRUFF PUP CREATOR AFFILIATE TERMS — 2026-11-03-v3 WHO CAN JOIN. Eligible creators in operator-supported countries may enroll with truthful account, residence and work-location details. At least one primary social account and email verification are required. There is no minimum follower count or manual approval; eligible signup completes automatically after email confirmation. An unmatched social account does not prevent signup or the default starter item. Tax/payee checks can come later, but pending amounts are provisional and not withdrawable until legally cleared. We may hold unsupported tax, country, payment or source cases individually. OFFERS AND COMMISSIONS. Your personal link and current code can give shoppers 10% off eligible retail apparel and accessories, including already discounted items. Gift cards, wholesale and other nonretail purchases, taxes and shipping are excluded; offers do not stack with other coupons or automatic promotions. You earn 10% of eligible net merchandise sale amounts genuinely attributed to your assigned redeemed code, including repeat buyers. No link click is needed. Returns, cancellations and corrections adjust earnings. YOUR LINK AND RECRUITING. Your creator URL stays the same, while manually shared coupon codes change monthly. Previous-month manual codes may remain valid on the first three calendar days in Central Time; the permanent link points to the active offer. A qualifying recruited creator's first genuine paid, fulfilled, eligible code sale generates one $50 recruiting reward, including a real purchase by you or the recruit. Signup alone earns no reward. TIMING AND PAYMENTS. Eligible amounts clear no earlier than 30 days after fulfillment, subject to refunds and compliance checks. A reconciled, owner-approved batch uses eligible prior-month-end balances and payment initiation is scheduled for the 15th or next business day. This is not a promise of when money reaches your account. Refunds before payout reduce amounts; refunds after payment may offset future earnings. We may need signed tax documents, withholding and supported payment details before taxable credit or payment, regardless of earnings size. No specific international payout route is guaranteed. STARTER GEAR. After confirmed signup, you receive one permanent free physical-item entitlement. We use only existing matched influencer and leads records, deduplicate the same social account across sources, and snapshot the sum of matched distinct account follower counts at confirmation. At least 100,000 matched followers grants two starter items; at least 150,000 grants three, capped at three. Unknown or unmatched counts receive one item. We do not use self-reported counts or require social-account proof. Later follower growth or profile edits do not automatically increase this one-time award. EARNING MORE GEAR. Each US $400 in qualifying sales for United States residents, or US $450 for residents elsewhere, unlocks one additional physical item. Residence determines the threshold, not the shipping destination. Qualifying sales are attributed net retail merchandise after discounts, counted only when paid and the applicable units fulfilled, with source-verified currency conversion where needed. Gift cards, tax, shipping, wholesale, other nonretail and ineligible lines are excluded. Your own genuine purchase using your assigned code is eligible. Gear progress has no additional 30-day commission hold. Refunds reduce future progress; future qualifying sales first recover any shortfall. Already-unlocked items are never revoked and never expire. The dashboard shows percent progress and available items rather than a dollar-credit balance; progress stays at 0% while a shortfall is recovered. REDEEMING GEAR. Choose any available physical item, variant and size in the regular Shopify storefront, with no special product subset or value cap; gift cards are excluded. You may redeem multiple available items in one order and buy additional items at their normal prices. Redemption provides a one-time free-item code capped to your selected available item quantity and a separate combinable free-shipping code. The same verified code pair remains recoverable until redeemed; generating or reloading codes does not grant more items. Shopify checkout controls eligible carts, availability, supported code combinations and allocation. Highest-priced eligible items are free where supported; Shopify may instead discount other eligible items. The ordinary affiliate offer's non-stacking rule does not prohibit the designated gear and shipping pair. Gruff Pup covers available domestic and international shipping worldwide where carriers support the destination; this does not promise unsupported lanes or coverage of duties or taxes. Items ship through ordinary Gruff Pup fulfillment after Shopify confirms code use, not merely after code generation. SOCIAL DATA AND PRIVACY. We use submitted social handles/profile links and existing matched influencer/leads follower records to associate accounts, calculate the signup snapshot and starter award, and support profile corrections. No new social scraping or follower self-report is required. Editing your profiles does not rewrite the original award snapshot. Account, attribution, reward, redemption and consent records support program operation and audit history. Authorized Gruff Pup operators receive concise operational alerts for confirmed signup (including submitted social links), paid credited sales, gear unlocks and actual Shopify redemption; sales alerts use only the buyer's first initial and surname, without shipping details. After redemption, simple repeated shipping-address hints may be reviewed manually, never used for automatic signup denial. Shopify handles storefront checkout and fulfillment data; authorized email delivery uses Amazon SES. Use the published support channel for correction, access or deletion requests; retained agreement and transaction records remain subject to applicable obligations. The separate creator privacy notice at /affiliate/privacy (2026-11-03-v1) explains controller identity, data recipients, private tax/payee handling, retention and access requests. The general store privacy policy also applies to shopping-site information. EMAIL CHOICES. Your Email section has separate switches for new paid credited sales, gear unlocks, recruited creator signup after email verification, and info/tips/news. These switches default on, but an on switch is not marketing consent. Tips, news and promotions require a separate affirmative optional marketing opt-in, including for international affiliates, and remain subject to unsubscribe and suppression rules. Declining or withdrawing marketing consent never prevents registration or required participation. You may change switches and withdraw marketing consent in your profile or unsubscribe from marketing email. Essential confirmation, account and redemption correspondence, including the same free-item and shipping codes, remains available independently of promotional preferences, subject to delivery safety restrictions. A recruited signup notice is not the $50 first-sale recruiting reward. Accepting these terms does not subscribe you to the Affiliate, Retail or Wholesale marketing lists. HONEST PROMOTION. Tell people clearly when you receive free gear or can earn a commission and follow applicable local advertising and platform rules. Disclose near every endorsement, coupon or link, not just in your bio. Use platform paid-partnership tools when applicable, and make only truthful claims from your own experience. Adult-themed product promotions may be restricted by some platforms. YOUR CONTENT. You keep ownership of your original content. You allow Gruff Pup to repost, with creator credit, your own publicly shared Gruff Pup promotional content organically on Gruff Pup-owned social accounts. This does not permit paid advertising, boosting, whitelisting, sublicensing, unrelated use of your likeness, or Gruff Guys/editorial use. Those require separate affirmative permission. Do not grant rights you do not own in third-party music, photos or other assets. UPDATES AND HELP. We may prospectively update terms, eligibility and offers and request your acceptance of a new version before further account actions. We will not retroactively erase valid earnings. We may restrict future participation for genuinely ineligible conduct, misleading promotions or legal/payment restrictions; legitimate recorded obligations remain subject to lawful adjustments. Use Gruff Pup's published support channel to request corrections or account help. Information is processed for account, attribution, tax/payment eligibility and support; do not put tax or banking details in public posts.
